June 14, 2006 <br />7a Narrative <br />1907 Gluek Lane North <br />About six years ago, we divided our lot on Gluek Lane. It was 285 feet by about <br />212 feet. We divided it into two lots. Lot A(where the current house sits) became <br />185 feet by 212 feet. Lot B became a separate lot of 100 feet by about 212 feet. <br />Our thought at that time was to possibly sell Lot B at some point in the future. <br />At this time, we would like to build a new house Lot B. After doing some <br />preliminary floor planning, we would like to add 20 feet back to Lot B from Lot A. <br />We believe there will be no problem within the neighborhood because both lots <br />will still be above the minimum size required in Roseville.
