Commander �add�n <br />further advised that the Post had talcen precautions to ensure that <br />there were no further violations. <br />Post Manager �VlcMahan advised that they were in process for <br />participation in the City's compliance training program. <br />Discussion included daily receipt comparisons for weelcdays and <br />weekends; VFW practice in carding patrons; revised practice and <br />posted notice to servers to card anyone under 50 years of age. <br />Mayor Klausing closed the public hearing at 9:54 p.m. <br />Audience citizen John Kysylyczyn aslced Mayor Klausing if <br />public comment would be allowed at the hearing. <br />Mayor Klausing ruled, as clarified with City Attorney Anderson, <br />advised that, due to the quasi-legal nature of this hearing, public <br />comment would be restricted to relevant and appropriate <br />information regarding the license holder ancUor personal, specific <br />information when the serving occurred or when the citation was <br />issued. <br />Public Comment <br />John Kysylyczyn, 3083 �T Victoria Street <br />As Mr. Kysylyczyn began his comments, it became apparent and <br />Mayor Klausing ruled that Mr. Kysylyczyn's comments were not <br />relevant or appropriate to tonight's public hearing. <br />Councilmembers Kough and Ihlan requested that Mr. <br />Kyslyczyn's comments be allowed. <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn briefly commented on the "loolc baek" period <br />changing from 12 months in the year 2000 and revision to 36 <br />months in 2002 by the City Council. <br />8.a Green Mill Green Mil� <br />Ihlan moved, Kough seconded, imposition of a mandatory <br />n�inzm�m first violation fine of $500, and a one-day license <br />suspension be imposed for sale of alcohol to a minor in <br />
