(prd. <br />972,5-13-85) <br />302.02: LICENSE REQUIRED: <br />A. General �Z.equzxea�ezat: No person, except a wholesaler or manufacturer to the extent <br />L <br />C <br />� <br />authorized under State license, shall directly or indirectly deal in, sell or keep for sale <br />in the City any nonintoxicating nlalt liquor or intoxicating liquor without a license to <br />do so as provided in this Chapter. <br />Types of Licenses: <br />1. Intoxicating liquor licenses shall be of �ve (5) lci�ds: On-sale, On-sale Wine, <br />Club, Special Sunday and Off-sale. <br />2. Nonintoxicating malt liquor licenses shall be of two (2) kinds: On-sale and Oi`� <br />sale. <br />Expiration: All intoxicating liquor and nonintoxicating malt liquor licenses shall <br />expire on December 31 of each year. <br />On-sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses: O��-sale intoxicating liquor licenses shall be <br />issued only to hotels and restaurants ti3,� t'. shall permit On-sale of intoxicating liquor <br />only, for consumption on the licensed premises only, in conjunction with the sale of <br />
