Your appeal of the penalties set forth in that correspondence was heard by the Roseville City Manager, Mr. Neal Beets. The Roseville City Council has determined that it is necessary for the council to hear and determine whether there exists substantial reasons to deviate from the presumptive penalties set forth in Section 302.15 of the Roseville City Code. As such, on May 8,2006 the Roseville City Council passed a motion to schedule a hearing to determine whether the mandatory minimum penalties set forth in Section 302.15 should be enforced against your establishment, including the mandatory 1-day license suspension. Please be advised that this hearing will occur at the Roseville City Council meeting of July 10,2006, at the Roseville City Hall. You are entitled to appear at that time and place to offer any information you believe is appropriate for the council to consider in rna�cin� its decision in this matter.
