City Council Regular Meeting — 07/24/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 22 <br />14.c Request of Councilmember Pust: Update of City <br />Council Goals <br />Councilmember Pust sought Councilmember and staffs <br />use of the strategic goal chart over the next few months, <br />as a useful tool to determine areas of achievement and <br />areas needing work, for use by the Council, staff and as <br />an informational tool for the public. <br />Councilmember Pust asked Interim City Manager Miller <br />to update the current plan to show the recent work <br />completed on budget policies; creation of subcommittees <br />to the community visioning process and community <br />center discussions. <br />14.e Request of Councilmember Kough to discuss creating <br />a Council Audit Committee <br />No discussion or action. <br />14.f Request of Councilmember Kough to Consider <br />Membership in the Twin Cities North Chamber of <br />Commerce <br />No discussion or action. <br />14.g Request of Councilmember Pust to discuss <br />Recreational Vehicle and other Parking Issues <br />Councilmember Pust addressed apparent inconsistencies <br />in code related to parking; and whether Councilmembers <br />Ihlan and Kough had undertaken a comprehensive policy <br />review of the City's parking regulations. <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted the City Council action <br />passing aaz ordinance that staff was to investigate all <br />matters related to traffic safety and control, including <br />parking issues.
