Anticipated Council Action on Final Development PIan/PUD/Plat: Not Determined. <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />2.1 On August 2,2006, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearingregarding <br />the request by Moser Homer and Zawadski Homes (in cooperation with the Mounds <br />View School District) and voted 5-1 to recommend approval of a COMPREHENSIVE <br />LAND USE 1�It�� AMENDMENT from LD, Low Density Residential to MD, Medium <br />Density Residential; voted 3-3 on a PRELIMINARY PLAT to subdivide the subject <br />parcel into 8 single family residential lots and 2 town home lots; voted 3-3 on a <br />REZONING from I3-1, Limited Business District to PUD, Planned Unit Development <br />with an underlying zoning of �-1, Single Family residential and R-6, Town Home <br />District; and voted 3-3 on the GENERAL CONCEPT PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT for the development of 8 single family residences and 6 owner <br />occupied town home units with associated site improvements. <br />P�'36'76_RCA_GeneralConcept 0828a6.dac Page 1 of 11 <br />
