EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 28" day of August, 2006, at C:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT I N ACCORDANCE WITH �1005A15 AND �1p13.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CARIBOU COFFEE AT 2115 SNELLING AVENUE (PF3782). WHEREAS, Jeff Johnson, Caribou Coffee (in cooperation with Jane Knutson (Property Owner) has requested a CONDITIUONAL USE PERMIT to allow for the inclusion of a drive- �l�ru window at 2115 Snelling Avenue in accordance with $1005.015 and $1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: REQ UIRES LEGAL DESCRIPTION WHEREAS, Section 1 O l 3 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, which is as follows: a. Impact on traffic b. Impacts on pa�ks, st�eets and othe� public facilities e. Compatibility of the site plan, inte�nal ci�culation, landscaping and st�uctu�e with contiguous properties d. Impact of the use on ma�ket value ofcontiguous p�ope�ties e. Impact on the gene�al public health, safety and welfa�e f. Compatibility with the City's Comp�ehensive Plan WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission he�t� the public hearing regarding the Caribou Coffee drive-thru request on August 2, 2006, recommending (5-a} approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subj ect to 8 conditions; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE the request by Jeff Johnson, Caribou Coffee (in cooperation with Jane Knutson, property owner) for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subjectto the following conditions; �
