EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CI'I`Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 28� day of August, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT I N ACCORDANCE <br />WITH s1005.015 AND �10i3.�1 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR ROSEVILLE CHRYSLER,2$05 HIGHWAY 35 (�F3779}. <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Chrysler has requested a CONDITIUONAL USE PERMIT to <br />allow a showroom expansion on to the existing dealership structure in accordance with <br />$1005.015 and $1013 .O 1 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />REQ IIIRES LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, <br />which is as follows: <br />a. Impact on tNaffic <br />b. Impacts on paNks, stNeets and otheN public facilities <br />c. Compatibility of the site plan, inteNnal ciNCUlation, landscaping and stNUCture with <br />contiguous pNOpeNties <br />d. Impact of the use on maNket value of contiguous pNOpeNties <br />e. Impact on the geneNal public health, safety and welfaNe <br />f. Compatibility with the City's CompNehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Caribou Coffee drive-thru request on August 2,2006, recommending (6-0) approval of the <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subject to 10 conditions; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Roseville Chrysler, 2805 Highway 35W for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in <br />accordance with Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. The proposed showroom addition shall be limited to an overall size of 2,6$0 sq. <br />ft. as identified on the submitted sitelfootprint plan submitted by applicant. <br />
