They <br />would be included in interview packets sent to each candidate selected for an interview. The salary <br />range for the City Manager position within the City's Exempt pay system should be updated at this <br />time as it is substantially below the average and staff recommends that it reflect the 97% of average <br />range as is provided for other exempt staff bringing the range to $102,544 — 123,552. <br />Policv and Financial �mplicationse <br />� <br />The direct financial implications involved are approximate and difficult to derive as they are based <br />on invoices and decisions yet to be made. Staff anticipates the financial implication of advertising <br />and search firm utilization to range from $5,000 to $6,000.
