Icleal <br />candidate must possess a Masters degree and 10+ years of experience, preferably in a municipal <br />government of similar size, or the equivalent. The next City Manager will be a proactive leader with firm <br />convictions who will work with the City Council to create and implement long-term vision and strategic <br />plans, and lead the organization's management team in warking with citizens; commissioners; businesses; <br />federal, state and local governments and elected officials.
