Icleal candidate must possess a Masters degree and 10+ years of experience, preferably in a municipal government of similar size, or the equivalent. The next City Manager will be a proactive leader with firm convictions who will work with the City Council to create and implement long-term vision and strategic plans, and lead the organization's management team in warking with citizens; commissioners; businesses; federal, state and local governments and elected officials. The successful applicant will oversee an annual budget of $32 million and a staff of 156 full time employees while being challenged to maintain the City's financial successes while addressing needs.
