'�. � The Roseville Planning Commission voted 5 to 1 to recommend approval of a <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT from LR, Low Density Residential to <br />MK, Medium Density Residential (town homes); voted 3 to 3 on the proposed <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT, creating 8 single family lots and 6 town home lots; voted 3 <br />to 3 on the proposed REZONING from B-1, Limited Business District to Planned <br />Unit Developmentwith an underlying zoning of R-1, Single Family Residence <br />District (8 single family lots) and R-6, Townhouse District (6 town home lots); and <br />voted 3 to 3 on the GENERAL CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br />1(a-0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />� i�,1 Since the Planning Commission meeting of August 2,2006, the applicant has developed a <br />design that eliminates the four unit complex, creating a design that includes three, two <br />unit town home complexes. This design is the same as that presented to the Commission <br />under the SKETCH PLAN review in June which the Commission overwhelming <br />supported. <br />��+,='.
