Mr. Pasehke, in his report even gives mention to a couple of their smaller projects in this area of Roseville, Hamline Tei�ra�e and S�elling Terrace Apartments. Other properties within this area of Roseville would include Haamlin:e Shopping Center and The Hamline Office Building located at 2845 Hamlinc Ave N. I would like to see the property at 2959 Ha�►tin� developed in one of two ways: 1. As an Office Building consistent with the current zoning of ��1. Limited Business. Believe it or not this use would fit quite well with the existing area. It would be the same type of use we have experienced over the past 30 + years. For years the Hasnli�e Office Building filled a need for local office space. Our tenants included Doctors, Lawyers, Insurance Agents, Accountants, Financial Planers and many other professionals. What we found over the years was that the vast majority of our tenants lived within Roseville. With Presbyterian Homes now owning and occupying 90% of the �aam�ine Office Building, there is a need for more office space in this area. 2. In accordance with Roseville's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, LR- Low Density Residential. Single family lots that meet the city's established criteria for: A.
