Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any City Issues. <br />A. Joe Scheunemann, 697 Emerald Ridge <br />Mr. Scheunemann expressed his continuing frustration with <br />the City Council's lack of interest in the City's Fire <br />Department providing ambulance service, rather than <br />Allina. Mr. Scheunemann opined that the City Council's <br />apparent lack of consideration of his request, and their lack <br />of acknowledgement of his concerns was also very <br />fmstrating. Mr. Scheunemann expressed support for the <br />formation of an Ethics Commission. <br />2.
