City of Roseville, et ��1., and related <br />matters. <br />Our firm would be interested and willing to undertake an evaluation of the impacts <br />related to the ruling and actions the City needs to take �efor� the Project can move <br />forward. I estimate that limited undertaking of issuance of an Opinion would take ten <br />(10) hours, or less. The hourly billing rate for the work involved with that for attorneys <br />would range between $170.00 and $200.00 per hour.
