Rottl�arnd Homes, et ctl. � We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your <br />request. and would be glad to provide further information as the City requests it. <br />Greene �s�el's relevant experience. We have experience in dealing with virtually every <br />element of this problem. We have advised and represented Roseville on several matters, <br />including at least two disputes arising from the Centre Pointel�iwir� Lakes i,r:ti.� In conjunction <br />with the defense of the City in those clispuEes we guided the City tl�-ou�i the revision of an <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet �� the Centre Pointe redevelopment and its determination <br />that an Environmental Impact Statement was not necessary, and successrully defended that <br />decision in court 3 Our experience in dealing with Alternative Urban Areawide Reviews <br />includes our representation of the City of Bloomington in a suit arising from environmental <br />' We understand that the City is represented by counsel in that case, and understand from <br />newspaper accounts that the City is filing a Petition for Review with the Minnesota Supreme <br />Court.
