Maintain and improve the community character and identity; <br />erxcaura�e nx°nfec�s which strengthen our children, families, and <br />neiphborhoods. <br />2. Maintain the existing residential areas of the City as designated on <br />the land use plan. Identify and maintain approximately the same balance <br />(or same percentages) of the various land uses throughout the community, <br />allowing for some flexibility. <br />3.
