City Council Regular Meeting — 09/25/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 2 <br />Friday preceding an upcoming Monday evening City Council <br />meeting; noting that the entire packet was available on the <br />City's website, at City Hall, or by request. <br />Community Development Director John Stark reviewed the <br />process for broader public notification for upcoming public <br />hearings via mailed public notice to property owners within a <br />minimum of 350' area surrounding the subject property; via <br />public legal notice in the Roseville Review in a time frame <br />proscribed by State Statute; and via posted notice at City <br />Hall. Mr. Stark noted that the public hearing occurred at the <br />Planning Commission level; and common practice was for <br />the developer to include signag� at the proposed property to <br />be developed for additional public notice. <br />2.
