Eureka Recycling has <br />provided a separate meino on vehicle iraffic/iuet consuzr�.piian. <br />I�s par� af Ros�ville's contract with Eureka Recycling the City receives revenue sharing. <br />Raseville used to recezve revenue s�aring when service was provided by �uperCycle (until <br />1999). In the late 1980s and ea�-ly 1990s there were �'ewer amar�et� to buy all the rxaate�ial that <br />was colleeted. As a result cam�nodity prices were low and the City received. o�ly a few <br />thousand dollars a year in revenue sharing. <br />�n 2406 there are maiure and stable mar�cets to buy all the materia� collected. In faci de�a�and <br />fro�za manufacturers is greater than sup�iy. Prices are consistentiy strong and indus�ry analysts <br />paredict the�e will continue to be stron� demar�d fnr recyclabie rna�eriai far a� least �t�e n�x� five <br />years (typically projeciions az�e not made for more fihar� �ive years aut).
