Dear Mayor and City Council Members, <br />I wish to express my concerns with the appeal of the Variance Board's action to Deny the Request by Charles <br />Weleczki and Todd �li� for a Variance to � 1004.016. {PF3782). <br />First of all, my name is Tim Garvir� and I reside at 1812 Dale Ct which is 4 lots SUV of the above mentioned parcel <br />that is being discussed at tonighYs meeting. I'm unable to attend. I'd further like to think it would be in everyone's interest to see specific plans and approve a <br />dwelling appropriatefor the neighborhood, the busy corner and the site lines. <br />Another major issue 1 have is they are asking F�r a variance and passing it off as if it were no fault of their own <br />that the lot is odd size and can not accommodate a standard size home of todav. This is far from the truth since <br />they sub-divided it and created this odd fOt themselves. 1 believe the planning commission granted the request <br />because Mr. Weleczki an� Mr. I(iff ha� either orovided documents or stated that thev had an architect draw up <br />plans with a tuck-under garage meeting the set backs.
