Candidates Schedule: <br />As can be seen in Exhibit D the schedule for each of the finalists for November 16"' — i7"' is quite <br />full. As a final note and as done during the 2001 search staff has included a finalist aizd Council <br />dinner as a nice end to a busy schedule. Staff is seeking Council discussion on this issue. <br />Financial Implications: <br />The direct financial implications involved are approximate and difficult to derive as they are based <br />on invoices, decisions, and arrangements yet to be made. Staff still anticipates the fmancial <br />implications to come in near budget. <br />Council Action Reauested <br />Motions to direct staff regarding: <br />1. Hiring of executive evaluation services <br />2. Council finalist interview method. <br />3. Public Social for the Candidates. <br />4. Finalist schedule and Council dinner. <br />� <br />
