At that time I raised an <br />Open Meeting Law issue, indicated that I knew there was come case law on the issue, and that <br />I would like to look at it. I was right in that regard. The case is Mankato Free Press Co. v. <br />Ciiy of North Mankato. It was up to the Court of Appeals twice. The first time it was there it <br />was a reported decision, the second time unreported. Copies are attached. <br />
