MN 55113 <br />RE: Lot Division located at 156 Woodlynn Avenue <br />Dear Mr. Paschke: <br />Per our recent conversations, attached please find a new map drawing that shows basically the <br />same lot division lines, however, without the need for an easement. <br />As you can see by the map, we have drawn in a new driveway to eliminate the need for an <br />easement, which we had previously requested.
