City Council Action: 10113/06. <br />2.0 SUMMARY of RECOMMENDATION: <br />2.1 At their meeting on November 1,2006, the RosevillePlanning Commission held the <br />public hearing regarding the Walser request. No citizens were present to address the <br />Commission. The Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the INTERIM <br />USE PERMIT for Walser Automotive Group, subject to conditions.
