Also, where the <br />easement is determined to bc in the best interest <br />of the Citv, said easement shall afs4 provide that <br />the owners of the areas as to which such <br />easement is granted shali not make, do or place <br />any fi11, grading, improvement or development of <br />any kind on or to such easement area, or raise the <br />level of the easement area i n any way, but ail <br />such right to fill, grade, Improve and develop, and <br />to raise the level of the easement area, shall be <br />granted by said easement to the City. <br />Subd. 3 Land for Public Use. I n addition to the <br />dedication to be made pursuant to Subd. I f the property to be dedicated is adjacent <br />to an existing public park or piayground <br />and the additional property will beneficially <br />expand the park or piayground; <br />B. I f the property to be dedicated is six acres <br />or more in size, or is expected to be <br />combined with future acquisitions by the <br />City so that a public park with a minimum <br />of �Ix acres wilf result; <br />C.
