CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE QUESTION OF THE NEED FOR A HOUSING <br />IMPROVEMENT AREA FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT <br />WESTWDOD VILLAGE I IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, to consider the need for the adoption of an ord'mance establishing a Housing <br />ImprovementArea for Westwaod Village I which is defined as parcels within the boundary map which is part of the <br />hearing notice pursuantto the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 428A.11 to 428A.21. <br />NOTICE I S FURTHER GIVEN that the Roseville City Council has scheduled a public hearing to <br />consider the creation of a housing improvement area in order to facilitate certain improvements to the property all in <br />accordance with the Housing ImprovementAct. The public hearing will be held on Monday, December 18,2006, at <br />6:34 p.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to provide all persons owning housing units in the proposed area that <br />would be subject to a fee for housing inapzovert�ents be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.
