SECTION 4. Review of Subdivision Re�ulations. The Roseville City Council hereby <br />instructs and direct the Roseville Planning Commission to undertake a study, and to hold <br />public meetings and/or hearings as it deems necessary, to determine the future form of <br />zoning and/or subdivision regulations that should exist in the City of Roseville, for <br />purposes of advancing public health, safety and welfare; and shall forward to the City <br />Council, upon completion of such studies, any findings and/or proposals concerning <br />proposed amendments to the official controls and/or subdivision regulations of the City <br />of Roseville that are consistent with the Roseville Comprehensive Plan and the <br />Metropolitan Council System Statement for the City of Roseville. <br />SECTION 5. Enforcement. The City of Roseville may enforce any provision of this <br />ordinance by any and all means authorized by City Code or applicable State Statute. <br />SECTION 6. Seperabilitv. Every section, provision, or part of this ordinance is <br />declared separable from every other section, provision or part of this ordinance. If any <br />section, provision, or part of this ordinance is adjudged to be invalid by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate any other section, provision or <br />part of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 7. Effective Date.
