The projecfs identified are the sou#!� buildi�g entryway impro�ements and renovation to bathraom facilities �ear ihe banquefi area. On S�ptember 25, 2006 �he City Cnunci� authorized an agreement with Busch Arc�itects, Inc. for professional archifectura[lengineering se�iees for the sauth entryway and �estroom remadeling projects. Two public input meetings with the 5kating Center Advisory Comrt�ittee and a meeting o# the Parks and Recrea#�on Commission have been held to formulate the concept plan. Included m your packet are concep� drawings and a spreadsheei that ider�tifies al! of the projects and their estimated costs. All of these projects cannot be done within the $5a0,0[30 budget. Staff and Busch Architects will be pre�ared fc� re�iew tF�e detaiis with yo� at your meeting. The concepfi plan has beer� recommended by Rose�ille Skating Center Ad�isory Committee in const�ltaiion wifih user gro�p representatives and the Rosevifle Parks and Recreation Commission.
