<br />1. The Hayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with F. Morettini Const. Co. for ~~107 ,970.25 in <br />the name of the Village of Roseville for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, <br />Project No.1, according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved Qy the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
