<br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with F. Morettini Canst. Co. for $15,770.00 in the <br />name of the Village of Roseville for Sanitary Sewer ImprrnTement No.3, <br />Project No.2, according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of' the Village <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />2.
