<br />#299 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Rosevi11e <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, St.Pau1, Minnesota, on Tuesday <br />the 27th day of October, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Keene, Brennan, Carlson, <br />Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS <br />AS TO SANITARY SETtlER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED qy the Village Council of the Village of <br />Rosevi11e, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />\~EREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was <br />certified to the County Auditor of RamseJr County and, <br /> <br />~~REAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to <br />July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and <br />certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County on September 5, 1958 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided <br />and conveyed by previous property owners and <br /> <br />j,VHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract <br />where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper <br />~ssessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br />of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected <br />in the year 1959 and thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments <br />
