<br />Resolution No. 30 <br />Adopted June 5, 1951 <br /> <br />'vJHEREAS, Aldine Street is a duly laid out street in the Village <br /> <br /> <br />of Roseville extending north from Roselawn Avenue, and WHEREAS, that <br /> <br />portion of Aldine Street lying in the Southeast i of the Southwest i <br /> <br />of the Northeast i, Section 16, Township 29, Range 23 has been dedicated <br /> <br />to a width of onl'., thirty feet, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Alaine Street extending across the property herein- <br /> <br /> <br />before described cannot be properly opened unless adritional right-of- <br /> <br /> <br />way is acquired therefore across said property, and <br /> <br />~mEREAS, an additional twenty feet is required for the proper <br /> <br /> <br />opening of Aldine Street; <br /> <br />N01rT THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />acquire the east 20 feet of the East 132 feet of the Southeast i of the <br /> <br /> <br />Southwest i of the Northeast i of Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, for <br /> <br />the opening of AIdine Street north of Roselawn as a public street <br /> <br />RESOLVED FUR'lHER, that Ira Karon, Attorney for the Village of <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville, be and is hereby authorized to commence and take all <br /> <br />proceedings necessary for the acquisition thereof. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />A""TEST: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
