<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />3D6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of <br />a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of <br />underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be in- <br />stalled, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an <br />approximate depth of 11 feet, together with ingress and egress over <br />and through the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The Southerly 20 feet of the westerly 30 feet <br />of Lot 11, Block B, Twin View, lying within <br />sW% of SW~ of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
