That such Petition is hereby granted and <br />the following streets may be and hereby are vacated as public <br />streets: <br /> <br />Cope Avenue, Lovell Avenue (West of platted <br />West line of Snelling Avenue) and Roy Street <br />in the plat of Leinen Heights No. 2 legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 7 to 14 inclusive, Block 5, all <br />of Block 6; and all of Block 7, Leinen <br />Heights No.2; and the Northeast 1/4 <br />of Southeast 1/4, Section 9, Township <br />29, Range 23 except part platted as <br />Leinen Heights No.2. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon <br />a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />of the Resolution: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger <br />Shields and Curley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted by more than four-fifths of all members <br />of the Council, pursuant to Minn.
