1. That such Petition is hereby granted and the following streets may be and hereby are vacated as public streets: Cope Avenue, Lovell Avenue (West of platted West line of Snelling Avenue) and Roy Street in the plat of Leinen Heights No. 2 legally described as follows: Lots 7 to 14 inclusive, Block 5, all of Block 6; and all of Block 7, Leinen Heights No.2; and the Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4, Section 9, Township 29, Range 23 except part platted as Leinen Heights No.2. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger Shields and Curley and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by more than four-fifths of all members of the Council, pursuant to Minn. Stat. ~412.851, as amended by Laws 1967, Chapter 289, Section 15.
