<br />•1 Curley moved, Franke seconded that the minutes of the Regular A'LIh~UI'ES
<br /> Meeting of December 17, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />•2 Curley moved, Franke seconded that the minutes of the Special T•tIPaIJTES
<br /> Meeting of December 26, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />•1 Franke moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7680, giving P.ESOLUTIOTJ
<br /> preliminary approval of an application for Industrial Revenue 7680
<br /> Bonds for Presbyterian Homes of Minnesota, Inc. be adopted. Roll
<br /> Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr and Demos. Plays: None.
<br /> Franke moved, Kehr seconded to waive Section 6(c) of the City's
<br /> Industrial Revenue Financing Policy/Procedure Memo, which requires
<br /> the private placement of revenue bonds. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br /> Curley, Kehr and Demos. Nays: Pdone. "
<br />2 Curley moved, Kehr seeded that First Grand Avenue Liquors, Inc. FIRST GRAAd3
<br /> request for special use permit for off-sale liquor store, and AVEINE LIQUORS
<br /> variance to allow parking to within five feet of the west side
<br /> property line at 3114 Old Highway 8 be approved, with the
<br /> following conditions:
<br />1) That additional right-of--way be dedicated along County Road
<br />D to provide a total of 49.5 feet.
<br />2) That exterior materials be approved by City staff.
<br />3) That the grading and drainage plans be approved by City staff.
<br />4) That the landscaping plans be approved by City staff.
<br />5) That the project be constructed according to plans dated
<br />10/8/84, and as revised per the Planning Commission
<br />discussion, which include a reduction of 10 feet on the
<br />east side of the building, an addition of 5 feet on the
<br />south side of the building, curbing of the entire parking
<br />area, and deletion of parking spaces within the front yard
<br />setback area.

<br />3 Kehr moved, Demos seconded that First Grand Avenue Liquors, Inc. FIRST GRAP~ID
<br />application for off-sale liquor license at 3114 Old highway 8 AVEAIUE LIQUORS
<br />be approved, with the condition that the required liquor liability
<br />insurance certificate be provided before the license is issued.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that ~~Jarwick Corporation, d/b/a AURELIO'S
<br />Aurelio's Pizzeria, application for on-sale wine license and PIZZERIA
<br />on-sale malt beverage license at 2827 North Hamline Avenue be
<br />~~provod, with the condition that the required liquor liability
<br />insurance certificate be provided before the license is issued.
