Nays: None. <br />1 Kehr moved, Curley seconded that Kenneth Schwalbach's request for KENNETH <br />variances to bring the existing building into conformance with SCHWAI.,BACH <br />City Code, to allow the construction of an addition to the <br />existing building at 2611 Rice Street be approved, with the <br />following conditions: <br />1) That additional right-of-way be dedicated to provide a total <br />of 49.5 feet and providing that the existing sign may remain <br />in the right-of-way. <br />2) That the project be constructed per plans dated 11-21-84, <br />which include curbing and landscaping in the front of the <br />parking area. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that the Public Hearing for LEXINGTON <br />Lexington Spirits, Inc. application for off-sale liquor license SPIRITS, INC. <br />be established for the February 11, 1985 Council Meeting. Nays: None. <br />Kehr moved, Curley seconded that Ashland Oil's request for special ASIiLArm OIL <br />use permit and variances to setbacks at 2172 Lexington be <br />continued to the February 11, 1985 Council Meeting. Nays: None. <br />Kehr moved, Demos seconded ghat Resolution 7681, supporting the RESOLUTIOII <br />recommendations of the Technical Advisory Committee dated 7681 <br />September 27, 1984, and instructing the staff to send this to the <br />Metropolitan Council staff be adopted.
