A Capacity building is the development of an organization's core skills and capabilities, such as leadership, management, finance and fundraising, programs and evaluation, in order to build the organization s effectiveness and sustainability. Civic engagement refers to individual and collective actions designed to identify and address issues of public concern. Civic engagement can take many forms, from individual voluntarism to organizational involvement. It can include efforts to directly address an issue, work with others in a community to solve a problem or interact with the institutions of representative democracy. The committee has 3 members from the Department of Human Rights and 2 members from the League of Human Rights Commissions. The Department of Human Rights will pay your vendor. A No. Once you select your vendor, you notify the grant coordinator Mario A. Hernandez. T'he Department of Human Rights will do the necessary contracts. Once the service is rendered, the vendor must submit and invoice to the Department of Human Rights.
