It is at the former Chi-Chi's location. The City Attorney will review the application prior to <br />the issuance of the license to ensure that it is in order. A representative ftom La Casita will attend <br />the hearing to answer any questions the Council may have. <br />Financial implications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br />administration. <br />Recommendations <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the period January 1,2005 thru December 31, <br />2005 <br />Council Action <br />Motion approving/denying the On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor license for La Casita located <br />at 1925 Perimeter Road for the year ending December 31,2005. <br />
