The current adjacent land uses to proposed <br />Phase 1 include industrial uses, then single family homes to the north; industrial uses to the <br />south, and east. Centre Pointe Business Park is to the west. The differences between the 2001 <br />Master Site Plan and the Rottlund plan include 65% less office but 135% more housing. <br />6.5 Roseville's policy has been to use site-specific Planned Unit Development Zones and <br />development contracts in redevelopment areas with mixes of uses.
