The minutes from your 12/20 Council meeting reflect <br />that Councilmembers wanted more time to think about this question. <br />If we are going to have such meetings, we need to finalize meeting room reser- <br />vations and other planning steps. <br />II. Recommendation <br />To enhance community outreach, I recommend four Community Town Hall <br />Meetings in 2005, one in each quadrant of the City. A draft schedule for four <br />such meetings in 2005 is attached. <br />III. Council Action <br />Motion approving the attached schedule for 2005 Community Town Hall Meet- <br />ings, or other Council direction. <br />
