John Kysylyczyn, 3083 Victoria Street North <br />Spoke about Roberts Rules of Order and campaign finance <br />disclosure. <br />Approve Minutes <br />2.a Council Meeting of December 6, 2004 <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, approval of the <br />minutes for the December 6, 2004 regular meeting. <br />Councilmember Schroeder questioned why <br />Councilmember Ihlan's proposed amendments to the staff- <br />provided draft resolution granting the Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet Petition were included in their <br />entirety on pages 24-29 of the Minutes. Councilmember <br />Ihlan responded that these were intended to be part of the <br />Record of that proceeding but not part of the body of the <br />minutes. With that clarification, Councilmember <br />Schroeder moved to place this material as an attachment to <br />the minutes.
