This includes checks processed through the City's payroll and accounts <br />payable systems. <br />Traditionally, the Mayor, City Manager, and Finance Director have been designated as <br />authorized individuals. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that Mayor Craig Klausing, City Manager Neal Beets, and Finance Director <br />Chris Miller be designated as off'icial signatories for 2005. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Adopt the attached resolution designating the Mayor, City Manager, and Finance Director as <br />ofiicial signatories for 2005. <br />
