Finalize the Recycling Pilot <br />Activities: <br />Project Team <br />Hours f est.) <br />The Project Team will assist the City in finalizing L� <br />the pilot design with Waste Management, Inc. <br />particularly regarding the methodology of tracking <br />and reporting recyclable materials process <br />residuals. <br />Timeframe: February — March, 2004 <br />2. Recyclable Materials Composition Analysis <br />Activities: <br />Project Team will provide the City with ��3 <br />recommended composition sampling methodology <br />and meet with City staff to finalize methodology. <br />Project Team will assist during the first week of the �� <br />field sort and provide training to City staff and <br />crew(s). [Assumes sorting and sampling of <br />materials from the recyclable materials collection; <br />no independent field assessment of residential solid <br />waste.] <br />Project Team will evaluate the analytical results for ?�a <br />the sort using R. W. Beck's waste composition <br />model. <br />Subtotal: i �? <br />Timeframe: March - April, 2004 <br />3.
