Demographics � <br />I would like to turn your attention to the City's demographics. You may know that Roseville has <br />maintained a current population of about 33,000 for the last few decades. However, the <br />population has been steadily aging, and the City is losing school-aged children. Consider for a <br />few moments whether this presents any concerns to you. <br />l.
