Parks & Recreation <br />Let's talk about the City's parks and recreation facilities. As you may know, the City offers a <br />variety of leisure activities throughout the City. And you may know that the City has <br />experienced many budget challenges over the past few years which delayed the renovation or <br />improvements of City parks.
