The recent <br />Walser lawsuits against the City of Richfield concerning the Best Buy proj ect are the <br />most recent examples of those types of cases. As you know, Mac LeFeva'e handled <br />the lawsuits challenging the financing, public purpose, and environmental aspects of <br />that project. I handled the land use and the iniEiative/referend�un challenges. <br />I hope that this information is sufficient for your purposes.
