The City Attorney will review the application prior to the issuance of the license to ensure that it <br />is in order. This is a change in corporations owning the restaurant. A representative from Big Bowl <br />will attend the hearing to answer any questions the Council may have. <br />Financial Implications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br />administration. <br />Recommendations <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the period Feb 1,2005 thru December 31,2005. <br />Council Action <br />Motion approvingldenying the On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor license, for Big Bowl Asian <br />LLC at 1705 Highway 36 for the year ending December 31,2005. <br />
