C. Re�istration of Potentially Dan�erous Animals. (1) An animal that has been determined to be �otentiallX dan�erous may be rec�uired to com�lv with anv or all of the followin�: (a� the animal owner may be rec�uired to com�lete animal obedience classes. �� the animal may be required, at all times outside an enclosure, to be restrained by a chain or leash not to exceed six (6� feet and under the control of an individual 18 years of a�e or older. ��.� the animal owner may be required to provide proof of current vaccinations. D. Re�ulation of Dan�erous Animals. �� An owner of a dan�erous animal shall keep the animal. while � on the owner's property. in a proper enclosure. If the dangerous animal is a dog. and the dog is outside the �ro�er enclosure. the dog must be muzzled and restrained b� substantial chain or leash. which may not exceed six (6i feet in length.
