Determination of Status. l:i (1) Whether an animal is "dan�erous" or "potentiallv dan�erous" l� as that term is used herein shall be determined bv the Chief of t� Police or his or her desi�nee in consultation with the Citv ��} Attornev. subject to a�eal to the Citv Council as provided l� below.
