City Council Regular Meeting — 02/14/05 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 6 <br />prescribed burn on native plantings in an area <br />approximately thirty (30) square feet total. The burn area <br />is located at 2132 Cohansey Boulevard and is bordered by <br />mowed lawn on all sides; and further that said burn permit <br />is to be issued conditioned upon compliance with the <br />following stipulations: <br />a) The effective date of the permit shall be from April <br />1 through May 31, 2005; <br />b) The burn shall be conducted only if the winds are 10 <br />mph or less; and <br />c) Resident shall notify the Roseville Fire Department <br />at least two (2) days in advance of the date of the <br />burn. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.g Approve Extension to Preliminary Plat Approval for <br />Jeff Brown relating to the Division of Land at Oakcrest <br />and Hamline (PF 3604) <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approved extension <br />of the Preliminary Plat Approval for Jeff Brown regarding <br />Oakcrest Estates, a four lot single-family residential <br />development, until such time as a resolution is achieved <br />with Amoco and Williams Pipeline. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br />S.a Accept Donations to Parks and Recreation Department <br />Parks & Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke summarized <br />recent and numerous donations to the Parks and Recreation <br />Department.
