The Community Development Department concurs with this <br />recommendation and conditions. <br />3,� SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />a 1 BY MOTION, APPROVE the PRELIMINARY PLAT creating 1 condominium lot <br />and 6 town home lots. <br />BY MOTION support the REZONING to PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT with <br />an underlying zoning of R-3, General Residence District and R- 6, Townhouse District, <br />with conditions (see Section 8 and 9 for more detail).
